A great level of service, in difficult times
From getting a very quick answer to an online question (even on a Saturday night!), through first phone call on Monday, and then through to the free delivery of the car during lockdown and I am inside the M25 so not exactly local, I can not fault the service that I have received. BRM Motors LTD has set an example and far beyond for what a car dealership company service should be. Superb one on one customer service and responsiveness from the start and especially throughout the purchase process.
